SCC Carolina Auction Academy staff and students presented Jeffrey and Quincy Hinson with a plaque in appreciation of their support of the program.
Albemarle, NC 鈥� 黑料正能量鈥檚 (SCC) Carolina Auction Academy (CAA) recently honored Hinson Auction for their support and involvement with the school鈥檚 program. For over 10 years, the Oakboro business has provided support staff and the use of their facility for student auctions and occasional classes.
鈥淭ed Hinson loved the auction profession and his life and legacy included being a great supporter of Carolina Auction Academy,鈥� said SCC Instructor Betty O鈥橬eal. 鈥淲e鈥檙e so thankful his love of auctioneering continues with his family鈥檚 support of our program.鈥�
Since 2005, the Academy has offered a comprehensive course designed to introduce the auction method of marketing and provide the coursework needed to obtain a NC or SC auctioneer license.
